Upcoming Marketing Workshop to Feature Three Notable, Non-Local Speakers

In less than a month, the Reno-Tahoe American Marketing Association will host its 4th Annual Marketing Workshop at the University of Nevada, Reno. This year’s half day event will be more dynamic and action-packed with hands-on learning than ever before.

Namely, the AMA workshop will feature three non-local and impressive speakers who will lead sessions on everything from keeping your brand and marketing strategy relevant in 2016, to understanding how your digital marketing strategy is impacting your search rankings, to effective marketing communications.

The 2016 speakers will include:

  1. Michael Brito, Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Head of LEWIS Pulse US (Bay area)
    Michael is a social strategist, author of the book Your Brand, The Next Media Company, and an adjunct professor at UC Berkeley with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations solve marketing challenges. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Head of LEWIS Pulse in the US where he is responsible for helping clients reach their target audience with precision – the right content, at the right time, in the right channel and to the right customer. Previously, as the head of social marketing for W2O Group and Senior Vice President of Social Strategy at Edelman Digital, he consulted for Fortune 500 companies implementing integrated content and digital marketing programs, globally.   2. Frank Cowell, President at Elevator Agency (San Diego, CA)
    Frank Cowell is President at Elevator, a digital brand strategy agency based in the San Diego, California area. He works regularly with CEOs, CMOs, and VPs of Marketing who are looking to create amazing brand experiences while driving inbound leads. A self-taught programmer with a deep understanding of technology, Frank enjoys a unique blend of brand development and marketing savvy that enables him to offer fresh perspectives on often-complex marketing concepts that he distills into actionable, easy-to-understand language.   3. Eric Bergman, Director of Client Services at BrightEdge (San Francisco, CA)
    Eric is a Director of Client Services at BrightEdge, and is passionate about helping customers build, grow, and transform their digital marketing. In his role he has exposure to the digital and content marketing strategies of BrightEdge’s 1,300+ customers, including 40% of Fortune 100 companies, and the search industry’s largest digital agencies. His focus is on elevating the impact of content performance and search marketing, drawing on 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, integrated advertising, and technology. In addition to participating in workshop sessions from these three dynamic speakers, there will also be a “LOUDtables” session where workshop attendees can discuss some of their greatest challenges and new ideas for resolving them.
